Diploma in Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking
Learn the professional skills needed for entry-level employment in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial bakery in this program, which can be completed in as little as nine months. The program includes intensive training in bakery kitchens, as students prepare baked goods from pastry to pies and cakes. Students also learn kitchen management skills, and the history and tradition of pastry arts.
Students have the opportunity to gain experience in the school's student run restaurant, and can participate in a six week internship program to work alongside experienced pastry chefs.
