Degree Programs and Courses of Study
Associate of Occupational Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
 This fifteen month degree program provides both classroom and hands on courses. In the classroom, students will learn the fundamentals of cooking, personnel management, food service planning, restaurant management, nutrition, portion planning, and sanitation.
In the school's kitchen classrooms, students learn cooking technique in the Classical European tradition.
