Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program
The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program at CSCA lasts 15 months. Students are under the supervision of industry trained chef instructors. Lab courses include Baking and Pastries, Garde Manger, and Hot Food Production. In the classroom, students study the history and language of food, wine and beverage, and nutritional cooking. The program concludes with a 360 hour internship.

Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management Program
In this intensive one year program, students are taught the skills they need to become managers -- even of their own restaurants. Le Cordon Bleu education combines old world technique with modern American technology. The school offers an internship/externship program, and placement assistance.

Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality Patisserie and Baking Program
For those interested in an opening a bakery or specialty catering service, the Patisserie and Baking program combines the classical French techniques of Le Cordon Bleu with American technology. Available as a 30 week daytime course or a 48 week weekend course, the program includes a professional development seminar that helps you build your portfolio.
